The Commander
A former Umbrella security chief who became infected with a modified T-virus strain. He retains human intelligence but is driven by a singular obsession: eliminate Grace Ashcroft as the last witness to Project Elpis. He wields a battle axe and heavy armor.

The Commander uses axe combos (3-hit, overhead smash, sweep). He has a grab attack that cannot be parried — dodge sideways. After 3 Perfect Parries in a row, he staggers for 8 seconds.
- • Parry window: 0.55 seconds before impact
- • After 3 Perfect Parries, stagger 8s — empty magazine into head
- • Never use Flash Grenades in Phase 1 — he is immune
Phase 2 Smoke 8,000
The arena fills with smoke. The Commander becomes invisible except for footsteps. He uses smoke grenades that create lingering damage zones. He has a new attack: Axe Throw (cannot be parried, dodge).
- • Throw Flash Grenade into smoke when you hear footsteps — 5s stun
- • Use Redemption shotgun body shots when visible
- • Carry 3+ Flash Grenades into this fight
