🏆 Platinum
Obtain all Trophies.
🥇 Gold
Complete the main story without using herbs or med injectors.
Play on Casual difficulty for this run. Use defensive parries with the Hatchet to avoid taking damage and save every healing item without using them.
Complete the main story on Insanity difficulty.
Insanity unlocks only after completing the game once. Enemies deal extremely high damage. Prioritize crafting, upgrade the Hatchet fully, and use the RPG-7 from Bonus Content on the final boss.
Complete the main story without Grace using the blood collector.
This is a Grace-exclusive restriction. You can still collect infected blood in combat — just never equip or activate the blood collector during Grace sections.
🥈 Silver
Complete the main story on at least Standard (Classic) difficulty.

Complete the main story by releasing Elpis within four hours.
Skip all cutscenes. Play on Casual. Prioritize the main path — skip optional collectibles. The game is approximately 10–12 hours on a normal playthrough, so significant skipping is required.
Earn 200,000 Credits.
Credits are earned from challenges and collectibles. Complete all challenges and sell duplicate weapon parts for extra credits.
Collect 5,000 microsamples of infected blood with the blood collector.
Grind this during a second playthrough with the blood collector fully upgraded. High-density enemy areas like the Care Center are best.
🥉 Bronze
Encounter an outbreak in Wrenwood.
Complete the main story on at least Casual difficulty.
Complete the main story on at least Standard (Modern) difficulty.
Store an item in the item box as Grace.
Unlock a drawer with a lockpick.
Lockpicks are found throughout the Care Center. Multiple drawers are available in the early game — easy to unlock naturally.
Destroy one Mr. Raccoon memoriam.
Parry an enemy attack.
Use the Hatchet during a Leon section and press the parry button just before an enemy melee attack lands.
Throw a weapon dropped by an enemy.
Defeat three zombies with a Hatchet finishing attack.
Purchase an item from the supply box.
Upgrade a weapon.
Craft every possible item with Leon.
Leon can craft: Handgun Ammo, Shotgun Shells, Rifle Ammo, Machine Gun Ammo, Med Injector, Grenade, Flash Grenade, and Explosive Bolt. Make at least one of each during a single playthrough.
Defeat at least three enemies with a single Requiem shot.
The Requiem revolver fires a piercing shot. Wait until three enemies are lined up in a corridor — common in the Care Center basement — then fire once through all three.
Defeat 300 enemies.
Read all files in the main story.
There are 75 files total. All are missable — areas lock out when you progress too far. Check your File Inventory for names of missing files and reload a manual save.
Destroy every Mr. Raccoon memoriam.
25 total. All are missable. Destroying all 25 also unlocks 'Advanced Tuning' in the Bonus Content shop.
Reach the courtyard of the care center.
Reach the basement of the care center.
Escape the care center.
Reach the ground using the suspended platform.
Arrive at R.P.D.
Defeat the Super Tyrant.
Find ARK.
Start exploring the lower levels of ARK.
Complete the main story by releasing Elpis.
Use an ink ribbon to save at a typewriter.
Defeat a zombie using the hemolytic injector.
Grace can craft hemolytic injectors using infected blood. Inject a stunned zombie while Grace.
Unlock a crafting recipe using analysis.
Craft an item using the blood collector.
Conflicts with the 'Minimalist' trophy. Earn this on a separate playthrough from Minimalist.
Use 300 microsamples of infected blood.
Stun the Girl with the Requiem revolver.
The Girl (Shadow Ghost) appears in the Wrenwood Hotel section. You temporarily receive the Requiem revolver — fire it at The Girl before giving it away to stun her.
Stop one of Victor's attacks on the highway.
Cut the tongue off a Licker B2 using the Hatchet.
Licker B2s appear in the ARK Facility. When a Licker B2 extends its tongue to attack, time a Hatchet heavy slash to sever it.
Defeat the chef in the care center in the main story.
The chef is a mini-boss in the Care Center kitchen. Do not skip the kitchen area.
Defeat the two singers in the main story.
Two mutated singing enemies appear in the Care Center dining hall. Must be defeated, not avoided.
Defeat a Chunk as Grace.
When playing as Grace in the Care Center basement, inject all 3 hemolytic injectors into the Chunk to defeat it and unlock this trophy.
Make a zombie attack another zombie in the hospital wards.
In the RPD hospital ward section, lure a zombie close to another then trigger one to swing — the collision counts.
Defeat all 9 Plant 43 seedlings.
Plant 43 seedlings are found in the RPD / Orphanage section. All 9 must be defeated in that chapter — they cannot be revisited.
Open every safe in the main story.
There are 5 safes total. Safe codes are randomized per playthrough but always found in nearby files.
Open all 3 BSAA containers.
3 BSAA containers in Raccoon City (East Raccoon City section). All are in Leon's playable segment. Do not skip side areas.
