Medication Room — on top of the medication cabinet near the locked drawer.

Staff Lounge — on the coffee table next to a file document.

Patient Room 2F — behind the overturned bed in the second-floor patient room.

Bar & Lounge — on the bar counter near the safe.

Director's Office — on the bookshelf behind Victor's desk.

Basement Level 1 — on a pipe near the boiler room entrance, spotted from the main corridor.

Storage Room B — on top of a metal shelf in the locked storage area past the forklift.

Research Lab corridor — tucked behind a fallen cabinet near the specimen shelves.

Specimen Room — on the examination table near Subject records.

Courtyard Garden — near the fountain base, partially hidden by overgrown weeds.

Maintenance Shed — on the workbench inside the shed at the far end of the courtyard.

Underground Parking Garage — on top of a submerged car roof, near the Gal SMG chest.

Collapsed Building Exterior — on a ledge of a ruined first-floor facade, requires approaching from the alley.

BSAA Checkpoint — behind the second BSAA container crate on the main street.

Gun Shop Kendo — on the glass display case inside Kendo's shop.

Town Square — on a bench near the central memorial, visible from the main road.

Orphanage Dormitory — on top of a child's locker in the ground-floor dorm room.

Library (2F) — inside the central bookshelf on the bottom shelf of the northeastern side. Use a firearm to shoot through the shelf opening.

Billboard Alleyway — after passing through Gun Shop Kendo and the cutscene, return through the small building and turn left. Follow the alley to a billboard on the building ahead. Use a sniper rifle and zoom in on the first-floor facade beside the billboard.

Loading Dock Staircase — after exiting the loading dock and moving through the hallway, descend the staircase and look right to find the statue resting on top of green crates.

Operations Room — after navigating through Bioweapon Repository 05, reach the Operations Room and find the statue placed above a computer terminal.
